The functionality of the Simatic WinCC SCADA system has been expanded with the release of version 7.0, so that it now offers operation in accordance with Windows Vista, easy language switching, analysis functions and an integrated MS SQL Server archive historian database as standard. In the core packages, the power tags have been doubled from 256 to 512, and from 1024 to 2048 from the previous versions.
