The mySmart MWS6 is a compact 360° microwave motion sensor suitable for cell offices and open office spaces. It has a range of 16 m (diameter) and can be used to control lights and/or air conditioning, aiding in compliance to BCA Section J as well as Green Star sustainability programs.
The sensor is suitable for schools, commercial properties and any areas where long-range and high-sensitivity motion detection is required. It can turn light on/off (PRM model) and dim fluorescent lights (DD model). The sensor is programmable using a handheld unit, eliminating the need for ladders.
The unit can have a switch connected directly for override control. It has an internal light-level meter, enabling it to turn lights off if there is adequate natural light. It can be programmed as either presence detection or absence detection. All values are changeable via the handheld programmer.
