Legrand Integrated Satellite emergency lighting range
Legrand’s Integrated Satellite emergency lighting range is intended to meet demand in the standard and premium D50 segment, where design flexibility and footprint matter as much as compliance.
Traditional satellite designs often involve separate heads and powerpacks, multiple loose components in ceiling cavities and antenna positioning requirements that can be missed onsite. These factors can increase installation time, complexity and commissioning risk.
The Integrated Satellite is designed to address these challenges with a fully integrated, single-body design that combines the head and electronics into one compact unit. Available in recessed and surface-mount options, the fitting suits a standard 76 mm ceiling cut-out and requires a single hole drill and plug-in connection, streamlining installation.
Designed for both standalone and Galaxy connected system applications, the range features three conduit entry points for surface mounting, a large terminal block, black and white finishes, and a compact profile that enhances ceiling aesthetics while improving shelf efficiency for wholesalers.
The new range has also been designed to be more sustainable, reducing product weight by more than 30%, incorporating 75% recycled plastic content and achieving a 5% reduction in CO2 emissions while maintaining a 10-year design life, the company says.
