LAPP simplifies servo connectivity with ready-to-connect assemblies
LAPP Australia is making it easier for manufacturers, machine builders, and automation integrators to source servo cable assemblies, with a range of pre-assembled solutions readily available from Germany for fast delivery to Australia.
Designed for use with motors, drives, and automated machinery, LAPP’s servo assemblies combine the required cables and connections into ready-to-connect solutions, helping customers simplify cable selection, reduce in-house assembly work, and streamline installation.
The range includes servo motor power, feedback, and encoder cable assemblies compatible with selected drive systems from Rockwell Automation®, SEW-EURODRIVE® and Siemens®. Solutions are available for fixed installations, flexible machinery connections and continuous movement applications in cable chains.

Standard assemblies or customised solutions
Customers can select their drive manufacturer and identify a suitable standard servo assembly through LAPP Australia’s online range. Where a standard solution does not meet the application requirements, LAPP can also provide a quotation for a custom harnessing assembly from its dedicated local Harnessing Solutions Division.
“For custom requirements, customers can provide details including the motor model, drive reference, required cable length and application, allowing LAPP’s technical team to identify an appropriate solution,” says Pullinger.

Rockwell Automation drive systems, including high-quality, stationary and continuous-flex cable assemblies built to Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley industrial standards. New Generation and Legacy versions are available for all motor types.

SEW-EURODRIVE drive systems including Servo motor and feedback cable assemblies for fixed installation or power chain applications built to SEW® industrial standards.

Siemens drive systems, including ready-to-connect servo motor and feedback cable assemblies designed for selected Siemens 6FX5002 and 6FX8002 drive-system requirements. Options are available including 6FX5002 PVC assemblies for fixed installation and occasional movement, or 6FX8002 PUR assemblies for highly dynamic applications and continuous movement in cable chains.
