Marexim Xe Hybrid Convertible light bulbs

The Xe Hybrid Convertible range of bulbs combines the efficiency and long-life aspects of modern CFL and LED lights with the instant full brightness, colour quality and dimmability of incandescent lights.

The range is also designed to reduce the amount of waste associated with spent lamps by using a replaceable components concept in its design. This means that rather than replacing the whole bulb when it fails, the damaged filament can simply be replaced and the base and glass top are re-used.

The replaceable filament capsule can provide over 5000 h of service and has the potential to achieve power savings of 30-40% over incandescent bulbs.

Over 1000 different combinations can be achieved from just 18 different re-usable glass tops, five different power saving wattages of replaceable filament capsule and six variations of re-usable base, making the energy-saving range suitable for most lighting applications. All the bulbs are mercury and lead free and are compatible with all standard dimmers.
