The Power Grid LED lighting system is designed to be a replacement for fluorescent lighting in light boxes and for backlighting applications.
The units, intended for installation in light cabinets and boxes, are claimed to be a long-term solution to replace power hungry fluorescents that need frequent replacing, with fewer parts, lower profile design and lower voltages to work with.
The units are claimed to last up to 50,000 h, provide uniform light output and reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs.
