The Hitachi 28 W T5 UV-cut range of slim fluorescent tubes reduces UV rays by 75%. They are coated on the inside with a UV light-reducing material making them gentle on eyes, skin and merchandise.
The lamps have a claimed 25,000 h life, a low-mercury content level of 2.5 mg and increased operating efficiencies.
Available in warm and cool white, natural and daylight, the tubes have a colour spectral and colour rendering close to natural light and are suitable for art gallery, office, medical, education, retail and restaurant applications.
