Cree has released a high-output green XLamp XR-E LED that is claimed to be 70% brighter than the green power LED it replaces and complements the previously released blue XR-E LEDs for RGB LED applications.
The LED produces maximum luminous flux of 87.5 lumens at 350 mA and enables displays and colour-changing LED lighting systems to be built more efficiently and with fewer LEDs.
The green and blue LEDs add to the XLamp XR-E family, which includes warm- and cool-white LEDs.
