The Clipsal 35 W high-efficiency IRC halogen lamps are designed to be fitted into downlights as a replacement for less efficient 50 W lamps.
The lamps significantly reduce energy consumption and therefore save money without reducing lighting levels, because a 35 W lamp provides the same light output as a regular 50 W halogen lamp.
