Brightgreen has released its retrofit range, comprising the DR700, DR450, BR700, AR900 and PR900 bulbs and the SL3500 shop light.

At 10 W, the DR700 matches the brightness of an average 50 W halogen bulb. Available in MR16 or GU10, the light is designed to be 100% compatible with all electronic and iron core transformers usually used for halogens and most leading, trailing and universal dimmers. With its large heat sink and thermal materials, it maintains 80% of its original light output after 40,000 hours and has a target life of 70,000 hours, even in hot Australian climates.

At a softer 450 lm, the DR450 is a direct replacement for 35 W halogen downlights. Suitable for lighting smaller spaces, it can also be installed into short roof cavities.

The BR700 is a direct replacement for 50 W incandescent and halogen bulbs. At 10 W with a beam angle of 60 to 220°, it is suitable for spaces requiring general illumination and to replace blown light bulbs.

At 15 W, the AR900 replaces 75 W A111 lights, giving the same brightness with a fifth of the power. The AR900 lasts for 45,000 hours.

The PR900 is a direct replacement for PAR38 halogen lamps and incandescent globes. At only 20 W it offers 1100 lm, making it suitable for general illumination.

The 38 W SL3500 is designed as a direct replacement for 100 W commercial metal halide shop lights and 150 W halogen bulbs. Available in a range of colour temperatures, it is suitable for offices, retail and hospitality.
