Megger OTS range of oil test sets

The redesigned OTS range of oil test sets enables transformer oils to be tested either in the field or on the test bed.

The devices feature test vessels moulded from a material impervious to insulating oils and cleaning agents; precise thumbwheel adjustment for electrode spacing with a locking mechanism that eliminates accidental electrode movement; high-voltage capability; test vessel pouring lip; test chamber drain for spilt oil; and automatic oil temperature measurement.

The units support both output voltage and output current breakdown detection, and has facilities for storing results internally and on USB memory sticks.

The range includes the OTS60AF, OTS80AF and OTS100AF models, suitable for use in laboratories, with maximum test voltages of 60, 80 and 100 kV; and the compact and lightweight OTS60PB and OTS80PB models for portable use with maximum test voltages of 60 and 80 kV.

All models feature a colour display with menu navigation.
