Wednesday, 10 December, 2008

Australian Industry Group recently awarded South Australian company easytest Pty Ltd a Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) grant to further its development of a suite of products to make testing and tagging of electrical appliances cheaper and easier.

The COMET grant will help the company with its prototyping, market research and development of a business plan and its intellectual property. The grant will also provide the services of a private sector business adviser.

All of the easytest products are designed and made in South Australia using components locally sourced from Australian businesses.

Australian Industry Group delivers $2 billion worth of grants and concessions each year through its COMET program and welcomes enquiries from companies in all related industry sectors to explore if COMET grants would be able to assist their businesses. Details can be found at www.aigroup.com.au.
