Universal high-voltage insulation dielectrics test set
The HVA 60 universal high-voltage insulation dielectrics test set is capable of finding weak cables by deploying a variable frequency VLF output.
The instrument allows users to select ‘dual-polarity DC and cable jacket’ or ‘sheath testing output’ modes.
Some of the key features of the test set are true sine-wave low-frequency output, capability of testing 1 µF (approx 3000 m of cable) at 0.1 Hz and 60 kV peak and fully automatic or manual cable test sequences that comply with most international standards and guides such as IEEE 400.2, VDE 0296 and CENELEC.
