The JDSU HST-3000 with Broadcom Bonded module (SIM) is designed for complete copper testing from plain old telephone service (POTS) to full spectrum very high speed digital subscriber line (VHDSL).
One universal module covers VDSL2/ADSL2 single and bonded pair with vectoring, with triple-play services testing capability to reduce repeat faults. The device will also perform balance and capacitive open measurements, as well as wideband impairment measurements.
It is suitable for ADSL2+, VDSL2, ADSL2+/VDSL2 bonding and VDSL2 vectoring; triple-play services over ADSL2+, VDSL2, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi (web, data throughput, IP video, VoIP); and advanced copper-circuit testing with precision fault location. Other features include: digital volt meter (DVM); spectral analysis; load coil detection; fault locator and pulse echo tester (PET); and web browser and advanced IP suite.
