Available to rent, the JDSU ANT 5 SDH/PDH Access Tester enables field testing for the installation, commissioning and fault finding of fibre and copper SDH/PDH networks from 1.5 Mbps to 2.5 Gbps. Users can conduct optical testing at dual wavelengths at STM-1, STM-4 and STM-16, and electrical testing at DS1/E1/E3/DS3/E4 and STM-1 interfaces.
The access tester provides in-depth PDH analysis with Sa bit generation and flexible mux/demux test configuration. Full analysis of concatenated mappings and ATM analysis for service verification of ATM and 3G/UMTS networks can be conducted.
Features include: small and light test solution at 2.2 kg; verification of physical layer integrity; traffic analysis and network testing; non-intrusive direct monitoring of optical networks.
