New Aussie app brings safer driving to the world

Invigor Group has announced a development contract with The Australia Traffic Network to assist with its digital strategy. Under the arrangement, the group develops and delivers a traffic app that will make tackling Australian roads easier.

The Australian Traffic Network (ATN) is a part of the Global Traffic Network (GTN) and a key source of traffic data in Australia, providing media affiliates with up-to-date traffic information.

The app will have a major traffic big data component and, according to Gary Cohen, executive chairman of Invigor, “will deliver an enhanced driving experience to all Australians giving more advanced routing based on traffic flow and traffic incidents. The app is all about promoting safer driving by alerting drivers to areas such as school zones and major traffic delays and accidents.”

He adds, “We are pleased to have entered into this significant arrangement with ATN. Development of the application will assist ATN to use data to deliver business intelligence and insights for its activities. The contract further enhances Invigor Digital Solutions as a leading provider of business intelligence products assisting companies to better analyse their performance and customer needs.”
