National fleet benchmarking program - call for input

National Road Safety Partnership Program
Wednesday, 10 September, 2014

The National Road Safety Partnerhip Program (NRSPP) has recently been awarded a grant for the development of a national road safety-related benchmarking project. The proposed benchmarking tool is to provide a user-friendly online benchmarking resource which will provide organisations with an online analysis and summary of fleet performance, road safety cultural maturity and trends over time which can be utilised directly for corporate reporting.

National discussion paper - share your ideas

This project is a substantial challenge which will need to resolve numerous complexities. Although complex, the NRSPP is sure it has a strong team of experts, including an academic review panel and an industry-led working group. The project team is currently working on a public discussion paper that will be released shortly. The team is calling on industry members to review the discussion paper and share knowledge, experience and suggestions.

National workshops - take an active role

NRSPP will be facilitating three workshops to discuss the national fleet benchmarking initiative. Workshops will cover fleets light and heavy across all sizes so participants from SMEs with one vehicle through to national fleets with interstate freight services are invited to attend. The workshops will run in Melbourne on 29 September, Sydney on 1 October and Perth on 3 October 2014.
