Vented indoor enclosure

The Hoffman T1FLO Type 1 vented indoor enclosure features an internal thermal management solution that provides a built-in active cooling/ventilation system with a factory-installed fan (115 VAC), vent, filter and thermostat to keep heat-sensitive drives and controls cool and protected.

The enclosure continuously controls internal temperature to protect equipment inside (such as PLCs or drive controls) against overheating, making it suitable for high-load applications with co-habiting technologies such as power supplies and transformers. It delivers an off-the-shelf standard product with various airflow and enclosure size options available to meet a variety of applications with no cutting or fan installation and mounting required.

Constructed from 14-gauge steel, the enclosure is available with solid or perforated accessory panels and features a lift-off hinge door for simple component configuration. It is supplied standard with mounting holes, terminal block power connection for the fan, external mounting feet options and a slotted quarter-turn latch.

The enclosure also includes a door gasket and washable expanded-metal filter, multi-tap transformer (120/230/260), mounting holes on back of enclosure and external mounting feet, and grounding provision on door and body.
