TE Connectivity SlimSeal Connector Miniature connectors

TE Connectivity’s SlimSeal Connector Miniature compact vertical and right-angle IP67 rated wire-to-board connectors are designed for outdoor lighting and other high-humidity applications, including commercial refrigeration lighting, kitchen appliances and HVAC equipment.

The connectors incorporate a press-to-release spring latch that ensures secure connector mating and prevents inadvertent un-mating. Their pre-assembled seals help to reduce assembly time, and availability of the connectors in three different colours facilitates identification.

Designed to meet market calls for smaller connectors with reliable waterproofing, the connectors have a maximum current rating of 5 A (18 AWG) or 3 A (20–22 AWG) and a maximum voltage rating of 250 VAC. Operating temperature range is from -40 up to 105°C. Contacts are in tin-plated copper alloy and housings are in flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0) liquid-crystal polymer (LCP).
