The Sprecher + Schuh CSS7 safety relay and CAS7 safety contactor range features advanced safety and reliability with various contact configurations.
The relays are compactly designed for heavy-duty industrial control applications where reliability and versatility are essential, as well as being DIN-rail mountable for easy installation and modification.
The power contactor’s electronic coil is currently available in control voltage 24 VDC version only, but offers a choice of cross-stamped (5 mA @ 17 V) or bifurcated (3 mA @ 5V) auxiliary contacts.
The device features self-cleaning and high contact-reliability; internal surge-suppression built into the coil circuit; and direct control from PLC.
The safety version features mechanically linked auxiliary contacts according to IEC 60947-5-1 Annex L; mirror contacts according to IEC 60947-4-1 Annex H; red contact housing for easy identification; and a protective cover to prevent manual operation.
