Modempak Clever intelligent PDU range

The Modempak Clever range of intelligent network (LAN, WAN) monitored and controlled power distribution units, environmental monitoring and automatic switches is designed for use in cabinets for the management of servers and other power devices connected to the PDU. Typical applications include: data centres; utilities monitoring equipment; managing servers and IT equipment in remote office locations; and managing mission-critical environments in health and telecoms.

The network power management range has four levels of monitoring and management capabilities and options for 19” horizontal mounting and vertical mounting within the cabinets. Options are available for single- and three-phase power in 16 and 32 A configurations.

The environmental management system unit is a 19” horizontal rackmounted unit comprising master and slave units that can be daisy chained. A distribution hub is also available for multiple connections of up to 11 slaves per one master. Both master and slaves have provision for environmental sensor inputs.

The automatic transfer switch unit is designed for 19” horizontal mounting within the cabinets. Options are available for single- and three-phase power in 16 and 32 A configurations. The unit is designed to switch between normal power supply and UPS within 10-16 ms when it detects a change.

The power controlling distribution unit is a modular and configurable product designed for vertical mounting only within the cabinet. Options are available for single- and three-phase power in 16 and 32 A configurations. The housing is designed to clip in up to six modules comprising NPM, CPDU, PDUM. It is also capable of accepting a digital AC ampermeter module.
