The Heyco range of Flex III liquid-tight tubing and fittings has been expanded with the release of 3/8- and 1-inch sizes.
The tubing and fittings are designed for use in high-vibration or flexing applications such as for optical fibre and computer cabling and industrial robotics, in both wet and dry conditions.
The lightweight tubing is fabricated from flame-retardant, halogen-free Nylon 6 and features a bend radius equal to its outside diameter. It resists corrosion, UV radiation and penetration from oil and salt water.
The simple one-piece fitting design is intended to facilitate quick and easy installation for lower installation costs. Permanent assembly between the tubing and fittings is achieved by pushing the tubing over the fitting ferrule until the tubing ‘clicks’ into place. Fittings are available with and without locknuts.
