The Hydraulic Hand Puncher tool is designed for use in making round, square and rectangle cut-outs into steel and plastic panels. Form cut-outs for industrial multi-pole (6, 10, 16 and 24) connectors and industrial ethernet connectors can also be punched using special dies.

In 2 mm thick steel plate, the tool can punch round holes up to 85 mm diameter, square holes up to 68 x 68 mm and rectangular holes up to 36 x 112 mm.

The tool features a pressure-relief valve which protects against overload, a 90° angle head which is rotatable 360° and an ergonomic handle that springs back automatically.

The tool is constructed from high-tensile aluminium which is claimed to reduce the weight of the tool by approximately 40%, making it easier to use.

The tool also features a facility that while cutting, the slug is automatically cut into three pieces, thus enabling it to self-clean the die and prevents any jamming of drop-off pieces.
