Harting CP 600 manual pneumatic crimping tool
The CP 600 manual pneumatic crimping tool features simple handling to crimp Han D, Han E and Han C contacts.
The tool features a ‘quick lock’ function that allows various tool heads to be easily and reliably inserted and removed in a matter of seconds.
Two tool heads are available - one for the cross-section range of 0.14-4 mm2 (Han D, Han E and Han C contacts) and the other for 6-10 mm2 cross-sections (Han C contacts).
The permissible pressure range of the pneumatic connection is 6-8 bar. Crimping Han C contacts requires a pressure of 8 bar.
A number of optional accessories are available, including a footswitch and table mounting for uniform, precision crimping.
The tool is 280 mm in length and 65 mm in diameter and weighs 1.3 kg.
