The stainless steel EH door handle is used in conjunction with Fortress’s actuator head and is designed to be intuitive with a 90° rotating handle that can be used on either left- or right-handed doors.
The handle has lock-out features and can support up to four padlocks with a shackle diameter of 8 mm. It also offers an escape release option as standard, ensuring the safety of operators at all times. Cased in stainless steel or zinc alloy depending on the application, the handle can be easily installed or retrofitted, accommodating differing door thicknesses and a misalignment allowance of ±12 mm.
The handle, which forms part of Fortress’s amGard range of safety interlocks, is suitable for applications using small radius hinged doors in harsh environments.
