The Field termination M12 connector enables the installer to choose between two different kinds of termination methods, making it adaptable to suit differing field situations and conditions. A wide range of shielded cables can be terminated onto the connector.
The connector can be fitted off using standard crimp termination or IDC termination methods.
The IDC method is enabled by the means of Harax contact blades in the connector. Special tools are not necessary when this product is being installed.
D-coded versions for ethernet applications as well as A-coded panel feed-through connectors are also available in the range.
