The Mack Electrical MRR series of residual current circuit breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBOs) has been expanded with two type ‘A’ units, each with the same frame size as a standard MCB.
The type ‘A’ 30 mA RCBO is designed for use in situations where the AC sine waves may be tainted with a DC signal. The advanced electronics in the unit can also be installed in areas where two-way radios communications are causing nuisance tripping of type ‘AC’ units.
The type ‘A’ 10 mA RCBO is suitable for body-protected areas such as hospitals and medical and dental surgeries.
