It is suitable to be used in an environment that is exposed to halogen, chemical industries, acidic and alkaline substances. Stainless steel AISI 304 (EN10088-2) offers a high resistance to aggressive atmospheres. The pickling and passivation processes taking place after manufacturing improve the degree of protection of the steel.
