The AMP-Twist 6AS RJ45 jack offers 800 MHz performance and exceeds the Category 6A component performance specification of ISO/IEC 11801 amendment 2.

The XGA copper system with the jack meets the design criteria for Alien Crosstalk (ANEXT), often a limiting factor of most Class EA systems. It also allows very short permanent links of a length <1 m.

Its ISO/IEC Cat 6A component compliancy has been certified by the German third-party laboratory GHMT AG as one of the first connectors offering this next-generation performance.

With its length of 32 mm, it is one of the shortest currently available RJ45 jacks. When it comes to installation, its automatic wire-cutting technology removes the need for cutting the cable wires after termination. AWC together with toolless 360° screen termination reduces the termination time for a shielded jack to a value which is even lower than for most unshielded jacks.
