Lighting controls forum in Sydney this week
Lighting Council Australia will be holding a lighting controls forum for electrical contractors, lighting systems designers and lighting industry opinion leaders.
The event will be held at Rydges Parramatta on 18 May 2017.
Lighting Council Australia CEO Richard Mulcahy said that key players in the industry are excited to hear about new lighting controls technology.
Lighting control is an increasingly important part of overall lighting design in commercial buildings, and today’s lighting control technologies offer more scope to manage costs and deliver business benefits than ever before. A well-designed lighting control system can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 60% and help companies meet their sustainability goals.
Products to be explained include Gerard’s Rapix Lighting Controls system that makes lighting control for commercial buildings simpler to design, easier to install and faster to commission. The system is based on Ethernet and DALI.
