LCA and FMA unite
Lighting Council Australia (LCA) and the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA) have joined forces to host the sparc-FMA International Lighting & Facilities Event in 2017.
The exhibition and conference coincides with the Vivid Sydney festival and will run for three days from 30 May to 1 June next year at the new International Convention Centre at Darling Harbour.
The event will feature an exhibition showcasing the latest in lighting and facility management innovation from Australia and globally. sparc-FMA also includes a conference program incorporating world-renowned experts from the lighting and facility management sectors.
Lighting Council Australia’s CEO Bryan Douglas said that facility management and lighting are highly complementary industries and that the combined event represents an excellent opportunity for Australia’s lighting industry.
Nicholas Burt, CEO of the Facility Management Association of Australia, said that sparc-FMA will be Australia’s largest and most significant event for the facility management and lighting industries. He said that the event will benefit by being owned and managed by the two industries — an event operated by industry, for industry.
Exhibitors, sponsors, partners and visitors are invited to register their interest at www.sparcfmaevent.org.
