West Control Solutions eCAL 1/16 DIN temperature controller
The eCAL 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature controller from West Control Solutions is suitable for stand-alone and retrofit industrial process equipment.
The controller features a behind-panel depth of 70 mm, universal input for all sensor types, up to three outputs (including relay, SSR driver, linear DC and RS485 options), full PID control and a user interface with LED display consisting of four digits upper and lower, a 4-button membrane keypad including a function button with user-defined operation and three output status LEDs.
A programmer function can run two profiles of up to 16 segments incorporating delay timer, auto holdback for dwell and temperature profile control.
Built-in alarms and diagnostics include relay life, ambient warnings and absolute or deviation limit alarms that allow preventative maintenance actions to be taken instead of needing emergency replacements when a controller fails.
