Suitable for either domestic or industrial automation applications, the MEC-4005 is a fanless, low-power, high-performance embedded box PC.
Its alloy chassis features a small form factor, fully sealed design with dust-proofing, heat dissipation and antivibration performance.
The system is equipped with either of the latest Intel Atom N450 or N470 low-power, high-performance processors, up to 2 GB DDR RAM and 250 GB SATA HDD. It offers an array of I/O ports including 4 x RS232, 6 x USB and 2 x LAN, and also features 2 x mini-PCIe expansion slots.
It can be used in a range of embedded applications including remote control systems, energy-saving systems and industrial or home automation. It has an operating temperature range of -10 to +55°C.
