The Texecom Wintex software has been designed for use with the Premier series of video surveillance control panels, providing upload/download and system diagnostics for both hard-wired and wireless video systems. This is claimed to reduce installation times on complex systems by providing the installer with total control and flexibility.
The software, available free to Texecom registered installers from www.texe.com, also provides information on signal strength, supervision timers and battery status.
Texecom registered installers also receive access to the secure area of the website, where they can download software packages such as the EN calculator, which indicates whether the planned system will meet the battery standby times and maximum alarm current requirements stipulated under EN50131-6.
