The MTA DE range of refrigerated air dryers are available in sizes from 0.3 to 37.5 m3/min.
The technology and experience gained in the field has been incorporated into the DE range. Silica thermal mass technology gives electrical savings and energy reduction making it a suitable product for companies wanting to meet carbon emission targets.
The dryers have a simple refrigeration circuit that does not use hot gas bypass valves, providing increased reliability as the refrigeration compressor runs much cooler and less often than other dryers currently being sold in the market.
The dryers have a maximum inlet temperature of 70 °C, with ambient conditions of up to 50 °C and inlet pressure up to 1600 kPa. The range can be used in all industries requiring clean and dry air, free of contaminants.
