The Hoffman Syspend Sanitary HMI system consists of an HMI enclosure and suspension system. It is suitable for enclosing, protecting and suspending lightweight HMI devices up to 40 kg in sanitary process-control environments, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and packaging.

The modular system includes multiple tube lengths and straight, L- and U-shaped tubes. Integrated side handles on the enclosure assist repositioning, allowing the system to be easily adjusted.

IP69K compliant for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown applications, the system features a flat-screen monitor-style enclosure and smooth design with no exterior bolts or set screws to minimise bacterial catch points; 304 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning; reversible 20° sloped top and bottom to facilitate water and cleaning solution run-off; slanted flange-trough collar that prevents fluids pooling along top edge of enclosure opening; and a replaceable, one-piece fully concealed, closed-cell silicone gasket for complete washdown protection.

Fittings attach without set screws to minimise bacteria catch points, providing a secure design with levelling capability. The enclosure also features a flat area for installation of an optional Hoffman H2OMIT vent drain for condensation removal.

A range of enclosure modifications is available and the enclosure can be flipped for either pendant or pedestal mounting.
