Belden’s DataTuff industrial ethernet cabling and connectivity solutions, available from Maser, are designed specifically for the industrial environment.

DataTuff products are built for mission-critical applications in harsh environments. The sealed IP67-rated products are designed for use in factory and process areas in unprotected and outdoor environments. They are resistant to the ingress of dust, moisture, water and oil, and chemicals exposure.

Belden’s non-sealed, IP20-rated cordsets are designed for use inside protected enclosures and control rooms, but may be subjected to harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, EMI/RFI and vibration.

Cordsets (RJ45) - category 5e are available in UTP or FTP configurations with solid or stranded 24 AWG conductors and industrial-grade sunlight/oil-resistant jackets and are suitable for use in IP67- or IP20-rated installations.

Modular jacks (RJ45) - category 5e are available in UTP or FTP configurations and are suitable for use in IP67-rated installations.

Plug kits (RJ45) - category 5e are available in UTP or FTP configurations and are suitable for use in IP67-rated installations.

Accessories include: stainless steel faceplates in 1- or 2-port single gang or 4-port double gang, suitable for use in IP67-rated installations; surface-mount boxes in 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-port boxes with stainless steel covers, suitable for use in IP67-rated installations; and hand tools including crimpers for either UTP or FTP RJ45 plugs, cable strippers, punch-down connecting tools and tool pouches.
