Pinpoint Mobile Work Platform dispatch, messaging and navigation system

The Pinpoint Mobile Work Platform (MWP) is a flexible cross-platform job dispatch, messaging and navigation system that can be easily customised to suit specific customer requirements.

The core of the MWP is the Pinpoint AVM Server, a centralised messaging service that ensures guaranteed message dispatch and receipt across the mobile wireless networks.

The centralised design of the MWP keeps support and maintenance costs low with all interface changes and firmware updates managed from a central management console.

With cross-platform support, the MWP can be deployed on a range of terminal devices to suit the field application. It has been certified to operate on a number of commonly used platforms including Garmin nuvi; and Windows, iOS and Android tablets.

Features include: driver and crew login, vehicle and workplace safety checklists, work order dispatch and field data capture, mobile messaging and navigation with verbal and visual directions and speed and hazard warnings.

Extended functionality is available, including enhanced features such as: Locations - user-definable fixed and mobile assets that can be synchronised to the field data terminal; Resources - time sheet management for crew and light plant assigned to work orders; Forms - enhanced checklists for site risk assessment compliance; Pinpoint API - an industry-standard web service interface to AIMS or ERP systems.
