Milwaukee M18 FUEL 7/16″ Hex high torque impact driver

Tuesday, 16 June, 2015 | Supplied by: Milwaukee Tool Australia

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 7/16″ Hex high torque impact driver is equipped with a 7/16″ Hex Quick-Connect for fast, secure insertion of augers and socket adapters. It also features robust attachment points that help prevent tool loss when being used in an elevated position. Delivering a maximum impact rate of 2300 ipm, this powerful tool is suitable for applications that require high rotational torque when drilling larger holes more frequently.

The impact driver utilises Milwaukee’s FUEL technology, which offers maintenance-free performance and longer tool life as a result of reduced friction, less heat build-up and no wearable brushes that would require replacing.

The POWERSTATE brushless motor works harder and converts energy into power more efficiently, giving the impact driver the ability to supply up to 677 Nm of maximum fastening torque to deliver the power and speed needed to minimise time wasted in heavy applications.

REDLINK PLUS Intelligence allows the user to choose between two fastening modes with the Proprietary 2-Mode DRIVE CONTROL feature. Mode #1 is suitable for applications that require less torque output and Mode #2 offers users a higher output torque. In addition, REDLINK PLUS Intelligence integrates full-circle communication between tool, battery and charger to protect them from overloading, overheating and over-discharging. REDLITHIUM batteries also deliver performance in extreme job-site conditions. The battery operates cooler and performs in climates below -18°C with fade-free power.
