Smarter, Faster, Safer: The New Standard in Panel Building

RiLineX: Power Distribution, Simplified for Australian Engineers

Across Australia’s electrical, data, and communications industries, contractors, wholesalers, and engineers are being asked to do more with less, with tighter project deadlines, shorter lead times, greater system complexity, and ongoing skilled labour shortages.

At the same time, safety standards are evolving, and the demand for smarter, more sustainable systems continues to grow. In this environment, traditional wiring methods and conventional busbar systems can slow down builds, increase risk, and drive up costs.

That’s why more Australian engineers and panel builders are turning to RiLineX — Rittal’s next-generation 60 mm busbar is engineered for faster installation, streamlined planning, and safer power distribution up to 800 A.

Faster Engineering, Faster Builds — What Makes RiLineX Different?

Traditional power distribution systems demand time-consuming planning, precise layout considerations, and often involve cutting hazardous protective covers to fit.

RiLineX redefines the process:

  • Up to 30% time savings during engineering
  • Up to 50% faster assembly on-site
  • Click-and-work system eliminates complex tools and cuts installation errors
  • Fully touch-safe from the outset, no additional covers to cut or fit

Whether you’re upgrading a mine site, building infrastructure switchboards, or planning an energy storage hub, RiLineX offers one consistent platform that works across all your projects.

Smart Fuse Protection on the Busbar

RiLineX NH offers quick, compact installation of NH fuse-switch disconnectors rated up to 800 V AC and 630 A.

Snap-on mounting to NH1, top or bottom cable outlet, lockout-ready housing, and IP3X protection make it ideal for fast, safe upgrades in tight switchboards.

Safe, Space-Saving Connectivity

RiLineX terminal clamps support round and flat conductors up to 2 x 300 mm2, with IP2X protection and short-circuit resistance.

Rated up to 1600 A and 800 V, they offer dual cable entry and low-loss power delivery, ideal for high-current builds in compact spaces.

Motor Starter Mounting Made Easy

Mount starters directly to the busbar; no DIN rails needed.

RiLineX supports snap-on installation with semi-automated busbar adjustment, prewired connections (16–100 A), and flexible 1- or 3-pole variants.

It’s a compact, scalable solution for distributed control.

Fast MCCB Integration with Easy-Fix

Rittal’s Easy-Fix system ensures seamless mounting of MCCBs from ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Eaton, and more.

Snap-on up to 250 A, adjustable attachment points, and semi-automated busbar alignment make installation fast, safe, and brand-flexible.

Built for Australia’s Future-Focused Projects

RiLineX ensures your power distribution systems are flexible, safe, and efficient enough to meet tomorrow’s demands.
