Ideation: Your Voice, Our Blueprint

At Voltex, innovation starts with you — the electricians on the ground. Your insights and suggestions fuel our product development engine. Every week, we gather and upload hundreds of product improvement ideas and new concepts from you into Voltex’s Product Feedback Database.

Screening & Curating: Prioritising Excellence

Voltex product experts sift through this collective intelligence, prioritising ideas based on the frequency of similar requests, potential impact, and practical feasibility. This ensures that Voltex focuses on innovations that bring the most value to you.

Designing: Collaborative Creativity

Guided by your ideas, Voltex crafts concept designs and quickly brings to life usable prototypes with in-house state-of-the-art 3D printing. Continuous collaboration with electricians ensures that these designs are refined to meet real-world demands.

Tooling & Testing: Commitment to Quality

Once the design is finalised, Voltex invests in injection molding tools to realise our shared vision. Rigorous tests, including accelerated aging and electrical safety assessments, are conducted to ensure the highest quality and compliance with Australian and New Zealand standards.

Rollout: Full Circle Innovation

The final products, manufactured to Voltex specifications, are then released for sale. However, the Co-Developed process doesn’t end there. Circling back to step one, Voltex begins seeking your feedback on the new products. The innovation cycle continues...
