Thermofilm Heatstrip Max heater

Thursday, 19 April, 2012 | Supplied by: Thermofilm Australia

The Heatstrip Max heater has been designed for hard to heat areas, either in the open and permanently exposed to the elements or undercover. It is suitable for the hospitality industry (beer gardens, smoking areas and alfresco dining areas) and open verandahs and courtyards, including coastal locations and where a more intense heat is required.

Even though Heatstrip Max has a heat output of up to 700°C, it is claimed to be very energy efficient. This high temperature output means that it can be installed at higher mounting points for the more exposed and difficult to heat areas and its large footprint means that fewer units are required.

The heater features infrared, low-glow incoloy element technology and can be used on ceilings up to 3.5 m high. The incoloy heating element is claimed to be vandal-proof and virtually indestructible.
