The Banner Engineering Ez-Light K80L segmented indicator lights are designed for operator guidance and indication of equipment status utilising multi-coloured long lasting LEDs with a claimed 100,000-hour operating life.
The indicators are available in multiple low-profile design options for easy installation and are compatible with PLC or other logic-level control outputs.
One-, two-, three- or four-colour displays are available with individual segments lighted separately or in combination to display multiple status configurations simultaneously. Optional labels are available for enhanced segment identification.
The IP67-rated indicators are self-contained and deliver PNP (sourcing) or NPN (sinking) input types and feature Euro-style quick-disconnects, various cable options and wiring chambers, depending on models. When off, the indicators are a neutral grey colour preventing ambient light from simulating an active light.
Applications for the indicators include manufacturing and inspection sensing operations, such as operator guidance, signalling assembly part requests and remote fill level indication.
