Cabling information portal for office networks and data centre installations

Tyco Electronics’ networking division AMP Netconnect has launched a new website — www.ampnetconnect.com.au — configured as an information-driven portal where businesses can find useful technical details.
The site will focus on providing information on cabling installations for office networks and data centres.
The website has been developed with three primary information-based objectives:
- To allow end users to explore cabling technologies for office networks and data centre environments.
- To provide Netconnect designers/installers (NDIs) and consultants with the technical and product knowledge they need in their day-to-day work including a fast and simple warranty registration process.
- To support distributors in providing the necessary product and total system solutions information to the public.
