Nominations are open for the Victorian Premier’s Sustainability Awards, which recognise Victorian businesses that have either adopted sustainable measures in their enterprise, or minimised their environmental footprint.

Award categories include:

  • Built Environment
  • Community
  • Education
  • Environmental Justice
  • Environmental Protection
  • Government
  • Health
  • Innovative Products or Services
  • Large Business
  • Small and Medium Enterprises

Each category has its own set of entry criteria and applicants will need to ensure they are eligible to enter under that particular category.

Winners have their status promoted to potential customers, media and the local community across Victoria, receive public recognition of their sustainability efforts and get the opportunity to network with environmental, industry and government groups.

For more information, including details on how to enter and advice on writing a winning application, go to the awards website here.

Entries close Monday, 27 June 2016.
