Solar Inception announces new national sales manager
Solar Inception has announced that experienced sales and business development professional Paul Scerri has been named National Sales Manager, effective 25 March. Based in Melbourne, Scerri will lead Solar Inception sales throughout Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and other international markets. He will also be heavily involved in business development, broadening the company’s reach into new vertical markets and geographical territories nationally and internationally.
Scerri brings 24 years of proficiency to his new position, most recently serving as Sales & Marketing Manager for Bosch Solar Oceania, where he spearheaded the company’s successful entry into the Australian PV Solar Market. His dedication to the solar industry includes strong relationships with organisations such as the Clean Energy Council (CEC), Australian Solar Council (ASC) and Australian PV Association. He continues to serve on the ASC Board of Management and CEC’s Domestic PV Directorate.
“As our business continues to expand throughout Australia and abroad, Paul’s extensive experience in industry sales, business development, and client relationships will strengthen Solar Inception’s position as a market leader in solar solutions,” said Doug Fletcher, General Manager of Solar Inception.
“I’ve watched the momentum of Solar Inception and am excited to continue growing their presence throughout Australia, New Zealand and other areas of Asia-Pacific,” said Scerri. “Solar trends have proven that high-quality solutions are the answer to both client need and industry growth. Solar Inception’s success is based on this approach and my goal is to move this company to the list of top 10 PV solar distributors in Australia.”
