Socomec appoints WA service partner
Socomec UPS has appointed WA-based organisation Secure Power Solutions as its West Australian service partner.
The European power supply vendor has made the appointment in response to recent growth in Western Australia, following its Australian subsidiary being established in 2009. Socomec has established partnerships with a number of local service companies to meet its clients’ needs.
Secure Power Solutions was formed in 2012 by ‘hands-on’ service professionals with more than 40 years’ combined local and international experience in the UPS and secure power industry.
“It is important to us to align ourselves with partners whose experience in the industry and growth direction matches ours,” said James Fraser, Socomec Australia Managing Director. “Although Secure Power Solutions formed only in 2012, their team, with 40 years of power management projects background, will be a great extension to our existing services team.”
“Socomec UPS is a great addition to our critical IT infrastructure services. Having a global energy specialist partner will allow us to provide a holistic understanding of customer needs, power and energy requirements and enable us to provide better services,” said Secure Power Solutions’ Managing Director, Tony Rutter.
