Schneider Electric partners with ENGIE, Intelli-Systems
ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems have signed an agreement with Schneider Electric that will see them become authorised service reseller partners.
Schneider Electric’s Authorised Service Reseller Program aims to boost capability to deliver effective long-term support to a broad customer base, and provide a robust platform for all parties to achieve their growth strategies moving forward. As part of this partnership, both organisations will now have the opportunity to co-brand with Schneider Electric and participate in the sharing of opportunities, data and resources.
Under the terms of the agreements, ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems are now contracted to directly sell Schneider Electric services, providing customers with full-scope support in response to growing demands for effective operational technology, cybersecurity services, solutions and expertise in IT delivery, power, building automation and other industrial sectors.
“Working with partners like ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems will help us reach new customers and provide the level of service and support required now and into the future,” said National Channel Development Manager for Schneider Electric Mohamed Gad.
“The growth of edge computing, for example, is driving demand and growth in our product base. Clients will expect similar uptime for local edge computing as they experience with a remote hyper-scale data centre, which makes servicing more important than ever. This also holds true for data created and processed locally for the likes of AI, self-driving cars and 5G. Higher levels of servicing will therefore be required over a greater geographic range to ensure that high level of uptime. The addition of these industry-leading organisations to our already established network of authorised service resellers will help strengthen our ability to deliver even higher servicing levels and maximise uptime.”
Schneider Electric’s authorised services selling network is dedicated to maintaining and improving customers’ systems’ reliability, productivity and efficiency. This partnership program is also dedicated to providing partners and customers with power, automation and control, and building life cycle service solutions. Channel partners can increase benefits, privileges, profits and growth prospects through service sales and Schneider Electric’s continual support.
