Marechal opens for business in its own right in Australia
Marechal Electric SA of France has established a wholly owned subsidiary company, headquartered in Rowville, Victoria, Australia, and reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to its customers in Australia.
Chairman of Marechal Electric SA, Bertrand Marechal, said that the existing distribution arrangement with Eaton Electric would end on 31 March 2012 and that Marechal Australia would commence trading on 1 April 2012 with Marechal staff from Marechal premises in Australia.
“Marechal has been selling its products through distributors in Australia for over 30 years and will continue its longstanding presence in Australia and its total commitment to our Australian customers. Once the Eaton Electric distribution agreement comes to an end, we will begin trading under the Marechal name from Marechal premises. In the meantime, it will be business as usual through Eaton Electric until 31 March 2012.”
