HPM Legrand moves to new building
The new Australasian headquarters for electrical industry supplier HPM Legrand was officially opened at a recent staff ceremony in Sydney's western suburb of Auburn.
Visiting Legrand chairman and CEO Gilles Schnepp, HPM CEO Giuseppe Parola and sales and marketing director Gary Uren were joined for the event by 200 HPM Legrand sales and marketing staff, who were in Sydney for the first joint sales conference held by the newly formed company.
A new showroom featuring products from all three brands under the HPM Legrand umbrella - HPM, Legrand and BTicino - was unveiled within the refurbished building. The fully interactive showroom will be used to train sales staff and act as a product gallery for customers.
The headquarters' foyer features BTicino 'My Home' automation technology displayed in a working lounge area, where visitors can experience first-hand automated audiovisual technologies, lighting, blinds and door entry systems.
